Consider your timeline activity

Select an activity

Click the appropriate link (depending on your interest in either graduate studies or professional school — medicine, optometry, dentistry, pharmacy, law, rehabilitation etc.) to build your own timeline. If you are in a co-op stream, or decide to take a 5th year to increase your grades for professional school, you will need to adjust your timeline accordingly.

Instructions

  1. Drag each task from the Tasks list into the cell most likely to yield you with an effective plan for graduate or professional school studies. The cells that get highlighted when you select a task from the list are in the task’s acceptable range. Tasks that must happen during certain semesters are already populated in the associated cells in the timeline.
  2. Select the plus sign on any task to view a full description of what the task entails. If you wish to view all of the task descriptions, you may do so by clicking the “Open all descriptions” link.
  3. The “Reset activity” link will move all of the assignable tasks out of the cells and back into the main task list.
  4. Once you are happy with your timeline, it is recommended that you print and/or save a PDF copy of it. Your timeline should print (or save to PDF) nicely using your browser’s regular print functionality.

Note

Because of the amount of information presented in these activities, they have not been designed for completion on mobile devices or small tablets.

You need to use a desktop, laptop, or medium to large-sized tablet to access the interactive timelines.
